Terms of Service
These terms govern access to FastZire accounts and remote infrastructure services.
Account responsibilities
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly report unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and services.
Orders and activation
Prices and specifications shown at checkout apply to the selected order. Payment may be subject to verification, fraud review, stock availability, and manual provisioning. An order is not active until FastZire confirms activation.
Billing and renewals
Services are billed for the cycle shown on the invoice. Unpaid or overdue services may be suspended or terminated. Taxes, conversion costs, and gateway fees may apply where disclosed.
Service operation
Maintenance, provider incidents, abuse investigations, or events beyond reasonable control can affect availability. Do not rely on a service as the only copy of important data.
Suspension and termination
FastZire may suspend or terminate services used unlawfully, abusively, fraudulently, or in breach of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
