Refund Policy

Infrastructure is reserved and provisioned for each order, so refund eligibility depends on the order state and reason.

Before activation

A new order that has not been provisioned may be eligible for cancellation and refund review. Contact billing support promptly and include the invoice number.

After activation

Once infrastructure has been allocated or credentials delivered, charges are generally non-refundable because the service has been rendered and provider costs have been incurred.

Exceptions

Verified duplicate charges, billing errors, or a failure by FastZire to provide the purchased service will be reviewed. Service misuse, policy violations, third-party blocks, customer configuration errors, or change-of-mind requests after activation are not normally refundable.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned through the original method where possible. Gateway and cryptocurrency network constraints may affect timing or method.
