This policy explains how FastZire handles personal data used to provide accounts, billing, infrastructure, and support.
Data collected
FastZire may collect identity and contact details, account credentials in hashed form, billing and transaction references, service configuration, support messages, login records, device information, and IP addresses. Raw payment-card and wallet secrets are not stored by FastZire.
How data is used
Data is used to provide and secure services, process and verify payments, prevent fraud and abuse, communicate with customers, comply with legal obligations, and improve operations.
Advertising and analytics
FastZire uses the TikTok Pixel to measure page visits, product views, checkout activity, account completion, order creation, and confirmed purchases. TikTok may receive the page URL, device and browser information, IP address, cookie identifiers, and service event details such as plan name, currency, and value. FastZire custom event code does not include RDP credentials, service passwords, raw payment details, or raw email and phone values.
Service providers
Necessary data may be shared with hosting, email, payment, fraud-prevention, and infrastructure providers acting for the purposes described here. Payment gateways handle payment details under their own privacy terms.
Retention and security
Records are retained only as needed for service, security, dispute, accounting, and legal purposes. FastZire uses access controls, encryption where appropriate, and monitoring, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible personal data by contacting support@fastzire.com. Some records may be retained where required for security, billing, or law.
